At Wesply, we offer multiple shipping options so customers can choose the speed that fits their needs. Please review the details below before placing an order.

How Reseller Kits Work

Standard Shipping

  • Orders with standard shipping are processed and delivered within 6–8 business days

  • This is the most affordable option

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or volume

Expedited Shipping

  • Orders with expedited shipping are given priority processing

  • These orders are shipped faster than standard orders

  • Expedited shipping moves ahead of standard orders in our fulfillment queue

  • Expedited shipping refers to processing priority, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received, unless expedited shipping is selected

  • Expedited orders are processed first

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays

If you paid for expedited shipping and your order was not processed with priority, we will:

  • Refund the expedited shipping fee only

This refund applies to the shipping cost only, not the product order.

To request a shipping refund, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.

Shipping Refunds

We do not refund shipping for:

  • Carrier delays after shipment

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Standard shipping orders

Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking

  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier:

  • Wesply is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
