Refund Policy

At Wesply, we sell wholesale reseller inventory, not retail consumer goods. Because of the nature of wholesale purchasing, all sales are final.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

About Our Refunds

Final Sales

All purchases made on wesply.com are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Unsold inventory

  • Ordering the wrong product or quantity

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Business decisions or resale outcomes

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged Items

We stand behind the condition of our shipments.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will:

  • Replace the affected item(s) at no cost

  • Provide a prepaid return label if a return is required

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item(s)

    • The original packaging

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.

What Is Not Damaged

Replacements will not be issued for:

  • Normal wear from handling or resale

  • Cosmetic preferences

  • Packaging differences

  • Product performance expectations

  • Buyer’s remorse

Wholesale products are sold as inventory, not as guaranteed retail sales.

Shipping Issues

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier:

  • Delivery delays are outside of our control

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Carrier issues must be resolved with the carrier using the tracking number provided

Chargebacks

  • By completing a purchase on wesply.com, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes for orders that comply with this policy may result in:

  • Account restrictions

  • Denial of future purchases
